The come home journey
What if emotional intelligence existed at the foundation of every school?
This question drives everything we do at Come Home Collective. We believe that when emotional intelligence (EI) is woven into the core of educational institutions, it transforms not just classrooms, but entire cultures—and the education system itself. Imagine schools where connection, empathy, and resilience are valued as highly as academics—where students, educators, and leaders thrive, and whole-child supports are embedded into the everyday fabric of learning.
Founded on this vision, Come Home partners with higher education institutions, school districts, and mission-aligned organizations to ensure EI and whole-child supports exist at a foundational level. Our work is grounded in adult learning and hands-on implementation support—helping leaders and educators develop the skills, strategies, and tools to model emotional intelligence daily and build systems that reflect this priority. This approach creates inclusive, supportive environments that strengthen relationships, improve well-being, and prepare every student for life beyond the classroom.
Our founder, Griffin Gervais, brings over a decade of experience in this work and a deep commitment to reimagining how schools function. His collaborations with research centers, nonprofits, and school systems nationwide have shown how EI can shift climates, reshape curricula, and create lasting change at the systems level.
Today, Come Home works alongside leaders who share our belief that social and emotional development is essential for future success. Together, we bring strategic plans to life—ensuring schools and organizations have the culture, systems, and skills to sustain growth, whole-child development, and impact for years to come.
Come Home Collective is more than a training and coaching model—it’s a systemic approach to embedding emotional intelligence and whole-child supports into the very heart of education. We equip every adult in the system with the skills, strategies, and tools to lead with connection, foster inclusive cultures, and prepare every student to thrive in school and in life.
