Our Partnerships
At Come Home Collective, we partner with leaders and organizations who believe emotional intelligence is not an add-on—but a foundational way of leading, learning, and designing systems.
Our work is deeply rooted in education, where we collaborate with schools, districts, states, and higher education institutions to embed emotionally intelligent leadership into culture, strategy, and daily practice. We also work alongside mission-aligned organizations who are exploring how leadership, relationships, and systems shape belonging, wellbeing, and long-term impact.
We focus on adult development first—because culture is ultimately shaped by the skills, mindset, and presence of the adults within a system. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, we walk alongside partners to translate values and vision into lived experience. This includes leadership development, real-time coaching, and hands-on implementation support that brings emotionally intelligent practice into the everyday rhythms of work and learning.
Every partnership is shaped by context. We tailor our approach to align with each organization’s mission, goals, and existing structures—working within what already exists while strengthening the conditions for trust, connection, and growth. When SEL programs or curricula are part of the ecosystem, we support full and foundational implementation through adult skill-building and systems design so the work is sustained, not siloed.
We operate at the intersection of reflection and action—where insight becomes practice and change becomes durable.
What this work makes possible:
-More connected, human-centered cultures
-Stronger relationships and healthier teams
-Leadership practices grounded in emotional awareness and clarity
-Systems that support belonging, wellbeing, and performance over time
Our goal is not to introduce another initiative, but to help leaders design environments where emotional intelligence shapes how decisions are made, how people are supported, and how culture is experienced every day.
Together, we build systems where emotionally intelligent leadership isn’t something people talk about—it’s how the work gets done.
