The Come Home Community

The Come Home Community is a growing network of leaders, practitioners, and thinkers who are exploring how emotionally intelligent leadership shapes culture, relationships, and systems—across education and beyond.

This community exists to break down silos and create space for shared learning, reflection, and dialogue. We believe leaders grow not in isolation, but through connection—by learning from one another’s experiences, perspectives, and questions. Together, we explore what it means to lead with awareness, care, and intention in complex environments.

Members of the Come Home Community are united by a shared belief: emotional intelligence is foundational to meaningful, sustainable impact. Across conversations, resources, and lived examples, we highlight leaders who are embedding emotional intelligence into how they lead, design systems, and shape culture—driving innovation that lasts.

Today, the community includes 300+ leaders and growing, representing education alongside fields such as technology, sports, healthcare, finance, real estate, fashion, film, and other mission-aligned industries. What connects us is not sector, but a commitment to leading in ways that foster trust, belonging, wellbeing, and long-term success.
